More Iraqi policemen finish training in Jordan

    AMMAN, Dec. 16 (Xinhuanet) -- The eleventh batch of Iraqi policemen onluded their training courses here on Thursday, the Jordanian television reported.

    The representative of the 1,421 Iraqi trainees thanked Jordan for its support for the Iraqi people as well as its contributions to achieving security and stability in Iraq and the region at large, the report said.

    Commander of the Jordanian International Police Training Center,Colonel Hassan Nsour, said that Jordan is ready to serve the Iraqi people with a view to enabling them to establish security and stability in the war-torn country.

    Up to now, more than 5,300 Iraqi policemen have completed their training in Jordan. Enditem
