    BUCHAREST, Dec. 13 (Xinhuanet) -- Romania's opposition candidate Traian Basescu is taking the lead in the presidential runoff, with 92 percent of the vote counted Monday.

    Basescu garnered 51.75 percent of the vote, against Prime Minister Adrian Nastase's 48.25, the Central Electoral Bureau said.Enditem
