BEIJING, Dec. 13 -- Fu Mingxia, China's retiring diving queen gave birth to a boy by caesarean on December 12, 2004.

    Fu chose the lucky date at Hong Kong Mary Hospital, where she also delivered a girl in February of 2003.

    Fu, now a full-time housewife, got married to Anthony Leung, a 56-year senior HK native and then HK Financial Secretary, in 2002.

    Leung was caught buying a luxury car before raising the tax on new vehicles in 2003 after the birth of the couple's first baby. He then handed a letter of resignation to the Hong Kong SAR leader Tung Chee-hwa.
