Representatives on Tuesday approved a bill to reform the country's intelligence
community.
The legislation, approved by a vote of 336-75, would create a new national intelligence director to take charge of
the country's15 spy agencies and establish a counter-terrorism center.
The Senate is expected to pass the bill on Wednesday
before sending it to President George W. Bush for signature. Enditem
