SHARM EL-SHEIKH, Egypt, Nov. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- Foreign ministers ofIraq's neighboring countries met Monday in the Egyptian Red Sea resort of Sharm El-Sheikh amid US and Iraqi requests for tougher border controls to stop foreign militants from infiltrating into the war-torn country.
