KIEV, Nov. 21 (Xinhuanet) -- Ukrainians began casting their ballots Sunday in the country's runoff presidential election, which pits Western-leaning opposition leader Viktor Yushchenko against Russian-backed Prime Minister Viktor Yanukovich.
