Vanuatu withdraws communique on "diplomatic ties" with Taiwan

    BEIJING, Nov. 11 (Xinhuanet) -- Vanuatu has recently decided to withdraw the communique signed in Taipei on Nov. 3 to establish "diplomatic ties" with Taiwan, and the Vanuatuan government will firmly adhere to the one-China policy.
