GAZA, Nov. 10
(Xinhuanet) -- Israeli troops shot dead three Palestinians in separate incidents
in the West Bank city of Nablus and the Gaza Strip, Palestinian security sources
reported Wednesday.
The sources said that Israeli army
troops opened intensive fire on demonstrated Palestinians in the city of Nablus
and shot a 24-years-old Kadri Ashoor in the head and the abdomen where he died
immediately, adding that another man was wounded at the shooting.
Local residents denounced that the Israeli army continued
at predawn its military operation in the city and stormed several houses and
searched into its contents besides arresting Palestinians.
Meanwhile, two other Palestinians were killed in a market in the Gaza Stripe on
Tuesday afternoon, when Israeli soldiers opened intensive fire on them,
according to Palestinian sources.
Israeli army spokesman
reported that the soldiers opened intensive fire killing two Palestinians in the
market when one opened fire on the soldiers, adding that the second attempted to
explode himself.
Two Palestinian militants said to be shot dead by Israeli soldiers as they were trying to infiltrate into the Jewish settlement of Kfra Azza, east of Gaza City. The two bodies were handed over to the Palestinian side. Enditem |
