CLAMART (France), Nov. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Palestinian leader Yasser Arafat's health "has not deteriorated" and is considered stable, the top medical official for the French defense forces said outside the Percy military hospital in the southwest Paris suburb of Clamart on Friday.
