AMMAN, Oct. 22 (Xinhuanet) -- Jordanian Prime Minister Faisal al-Fayez said the government was serious about the administrative development despite all possible pressures and challenges during the process, local Newspaper Jordan Times reported Friday.

During a meeting with leaders of various political parties, Fayez said the process mainly sought to improve governmental services to all Jordanians.

The meeting was part of a series of meetings presided over by the prime minister to discuss the upcoming cabinet reshuffle and the government's future plans.

Two new ministries will be created through the reshuffle, namely, the Public Sector Development Ministry and the Government Performance Monitoring Ministry, Fayez was quoted as saying.

He also pledged that the government would not abandon its political development plan, emphasizing that this should be seen through the wider perspective of comprehensive development. Enditem
