They said that the Israeli drone fired the missile at a group of militants who were trying to launch a homemade rocket at southern Israel, adding the missile killed two militants and wounded five others.

Earlier in the day, Israeli troops shot dead an 11-year-old Palestinian girl, Samah Nassar, in the northern Gaza town of BeitHanoun, said medics and witnesses, adding the girl was shot with two bullets in the head and the chest.

Meanwhile, the medics said that two Palestinians, who were critically wounded during the last days of Israeli military offensive in northern Gaza Strip, also died Friday of their wounds.
