PARIS, Oct. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- French Prime Minister Jean-Pierre Raffarin on Friday strongly condemned the bomb explosion near the Indonesian embassy in Paris which wounded 10 people.
Raffarin, who is visiting the city of Clermont-Ferrand in central France for a farming summit, pledged that investigations of the crime will be "swift and thorough."
A bomb exploded in the early hours of the morning in front of the Indonesian embassy located in the 16th district of Paris. Police said 10 people were injured in the explosion, including four embassy workers.
Most of the wounded were hurt by flying glass and had been taken to hospital, said French Interior Minister Dominique de Villepin.
The explosion damaged cars and the area was littered with shattered window glass. Police have sealed off the area.
