UK aware of reported killing of British hostage in Iraq

    LONDON, Oct. 8 (Xinhuanet) -- The British government said Friday that it was aware of reports that British hostage Ken Bigley has been killed in Iraq, declining to comment on further details.

    The British Foreign Office said it was checking unconfirmed reports on an Arab Television and Bigley's family has been informed of the reports. Enditem
