CAIRO, Oct. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- Egyptian Foreign Minister Ahmed Abul Gheit said Tuesday Israel's on-going military operations in the Gaza Strip hampered Egypt's efforts to cool down the situation, the official MENA news agency reported.
