URGENT: Strong earthquake jolts central California

    LOS ANGELES, Sept. 28 (Xinhuanet) -- A strong earthquake with a preliminary magnitude of 5.8 struck central California on Tuesday and was felt as far north as San Francisco and Sacramento, according to the US Geological Survey.
