Iraq's Oil Ministry hit by explosions

    BAGHDAD, Sept. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- Several explosions went off in the Iraqi Oil Ministry compound in central Baghdad on Saturday and witnesses said the explosions were probably caused by a mortar attack.
