Macao's only Paralympic athlete to compete in men's 100m

    ATHENS, Sept. 15 (Xinhuanet) -- Man Kit, the only athlete representing China's Macao Special Administrative Region in the upcoming 12th Summer Paralympic Games, will compete in men's 100 meter and try to make to the finals.

    "Kit will try his best in the tracks, " Fernando Gomes, head of Macao's Paralympic delegation told Xinhua on Wednesday in a telephone interview.     

    The 29-year-old Kit (Class T36) is the only athlete in Macao's 6-man delegation.

    Macao first participated in Paralympic Games in 1988. The delegation held the flag-rising ceremony in the Paralympic villageon September 12. Enditem
