Urgent: Earthquake hits NW China's Gansu Province

    ĦĦBEIJING, Sept. 7 (Xinhuanet) -- An earthquake measuring 5.0 on the Richter Scale on 20:15 Tuesday struck Minxian County in northwest China's Gansu Province at north latitude 34.7 degrees and east longitude 103.9 degrees, according to China's Seismological Forecast Network.
