Storming of school in southern Russia not planned: FSB

    MOSCOW, Sept. 3 (Xinhuanet) -- The operation launched by Russian special forces on the southern Russian school where hundreds were taken hostage had not been planned in advance, a regional securityofficial said on Friday.

    "I want to indicate that no military action had been planned. We were planning to hold further talks," the regional chief of the FSB security service, Valery Andreyev, told Russia's RTR television.More
