Photo taken on Sept. 1, 2004 shows giant panda "Hua Mei" giving birth to a cub at the Wolong Giant Panda Protection and Research Center in southwest China's Sichuan Province. "Hua Mei" gave birth to twins Wednesday night, which weighed 157 grams and 130 grams respectively. "Hua Mei" was born in the San Diego Zoo in the United States in 1999 and was returned to China last February. It is the first giant panda which was born abroad and later returned to China.
