HANOI, Aug. 27 (Xinhuanet) -- Fifteen people died or went missing after their boat capsized on Thursday on Cua Luc River in Vietnam's northern border province of Quang Ninh, Vietnam News Agency reported on Friday.

    The accident happened when the wooden boat with 18 people on board was hit by a strong whirlwind accompanied by heavy rain. Only three of them have been rescued. Enditem
