Putin orders FSB to investigate crashed, missing planes

    MOSCOW, Aug. 25 (Xinhuanet) -- Russian President Vladimir Putin has ordered the Federal Security Service to investigate the air disaster after a passenger plane crashed and another went missing late on Tuesday, Russian news agencies reported.
