¡¡  ATHENS, Aug. 20 (Xinhuanet) -- Following are the differences between the trampoline world championships and Olympic trampoline competition:

    - There are no qualification rounds for the world championships,however, there are strict qualification rounds for the Olympic Games taking place at the world championships prior to the Games.

    - Only individual trampoline is recognized as an Olympic discipline.

    At the world championships, there are also some other events held, such as synchronized trampoline (two competitors on separatetrampolines performing simultaneously), double mini-trampoline andtumbling. At the world championships there are also team events for all disciplines. Enditem
