GENEVA, Aug. 1 (Xinhuanet) -- The Doha Round of trade talks could be concluded by the end of 2005, European Union Trade Commissioner Pascal Lamy said on Sunday after the World Trade Organisation (WTO)agreed to relaunch the global trade talks.
