    BEIJING, July 30 (Xinhuanet) -- Famous Chinese actresses Gong Li and Zhang Ziyi as well as Bond-girl Michele Yeoh will star in Hollywood director Steven Spielberg's new film Memoirs of a Geisha.

    Filming for the movie is expected to begin in September, reported CRIENGLISH.com.

    Gong Li won her fame in the film 'Raise the Red Lantern' by leading Chinese director Zhang Yimou.

    Zhang Ziyi has been cast in the film's leading lady.

    Zhang Ziyi earned her global reputation by starring in "Crouching Tiger and Hidden Dragon" and the latest "House of Flying Daggers" also by director Zhang Yimou.
