Bush says Sept. 11 commission makes "constructive" recommendations

    WASHINGTON, July 22 (Xinhuanet) -- United States President George W. Bush said on Thursday that the September 11 commission, which was set up to investigate the situation before and after the disastrous attacks against US in 2001 and is set to publish its report, is putting forward a "common sense approach" on how to move forward in the fight against terrorism and the commission has made "very constructive recommendations."
