    LONDON, July 14 (Xinhuanet) -- British Prime Minister Tony Blair, in response to the Butler Report on the failures of intelligence on Iraqi banned weapons, told the House of Commons on Wednesday that he accepts responsibility for the way the issue of Iraqi banned weapons was presented and therefore for any errors made.

    However, the Butler Report proved that "no one lied, no one made up the intelligence", he said. More
