THE HAGUE, The Netherlands, July 9 (Xinhuanet) -- The International Court of Justice (ICJ), principal judicial organ of the United Nations, ruled here Friday that the West Bank barrier being built by the Israeli is illegal and therefore should be dismantled.

    The ruling, read out by ICJ's Chief Judge Shi Jiuyong, said that the construction of the wall along the route chosen and its associated regime are contrary to the international law. Enditem
