BAGHDAD, July 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Saboteurs attacked one of two oil pipelines feeding Iraq's southern export terminals on Saturday, Qatar-based al-Jazeera TV channel reported.

"Fire is rising from the 42-inch pipeline on the Faw Peninsula. It was sabotage," an Iraqi oil official who declined to be named was quoted as saying.

Last month, saboteurs also blew holes pipelines feeding Basra and Khor al-Amaya offshore terminals and attacked the main export pipeline through Turkey, forcing exports to stop.  Enditem
