    MOSCOW, July 1 (Xinhuanet) -- Court bailiffs arrived at the central office of Russia's Yukos oil firm Thursday to execute the Tax Ministry's 3.4 billion dollar back taxes claim, but they left shortly afterwards without taking any property, the Interfax news agency reported. More
