GAZA, July 1 (Xinhuanet) -- The Palestinian National Authority(PNA) said Thursday that it has a detailed and clear vision about reinstating order and law in the Gaza Strip after the Israeli evacuation of the strip.
Prime Minister Ahmed Qurei's chief of staff, Hassan Abu Lebda,told reporters that "the major problem is Israel's apathy and indifference about all the ongoing efforts and resuming its military operations in the territories."
He accused Israel of continuously attempting to sabotage Palestinians' efforts to commit their obligations and assume their responsibilities on the security and political levels.
The PNA has a security plan that is aimed at returning the situation as it was prior to September 2000 when the Intifada(uprising) began and can be implemented with five weeks, said the PAN official, stressing Israel has to commit to the roadmap planand hand over security responsibilities to the PNA.
Abu Lebda added the PNA was exerting efforts with the European Union to create the suitable climate to oblige Israel to return tothe negotiation table and adopt the Egyptian initiative of reviving peace in the region.
