NATO Summit opens in Istanbul

    ISTANBUL, June 28 (Xinhuanet) -- The summit meetings of the North Atlantic Treaty Organization (NATO) and heads of state and government of partner countries opened here on Monday in Turkey's largest city of Istanbul.
