GAZA, June 15 (Xinhuanet) -- A 55-year-old Palestinian, member of the Islamic resistance movement Hamas, was killed in a mysterious explosion Tuesday in his house in Gaza City.

    Palestinian witnesses said that they suddenly heard a huge blast, and then found the body of Awmi Taha in his house in Zaytoonneighborhood.

    They said that Taha was apparently preparing a bomb to be used against Israeli soldiers in the Gaza Strip. Enditem
