GAZA, May 30 (Xinhuanet) -- The Palestinian criminal court in the Gaza city started a few days ago trials of a number of Palestinians suspected of collaborating with Israeli Intelligence services, Palestinian sources reported Sunday.
They said the court had held the first session of the trials on May 24 against four Palestinians and the indictment included the charges of collaborating with foreign sides and undermining Palestinian spirits and morals.
They added that the trial will be resumed on June 14 when the attorneys will have to present evidences and cross-examine witnesses before issuing the verdict.
The trial of another five Palestinians accused of the same charges will be held on June 21, the sources said. Enditem |
