UNITED NATIONS, May 24 (Xinhuanet) -- The United States and Britain are prepared to present on Monday a UN draft resolution detailing the June 30 handover of power to a new Iraqi government.

    According to Britain's UN Ambassador Emyr Jones Parry,the new Security Council resolution on Iraq would give "all sovereignty" to the Iraqi people.

    The UN security Council was expected to discuss the draft resolution behind closed doors Monday morning. Enditem
