Urgent: Security Council to vote on house demolition in Gaza

    UNITED NATIONS, May 19 (Xinhuanet) -- The United Nations Security Council will vote late Wednesday on a draft resolution condemning Israel's mass demolition of Palestinian refugees' homes in the Gaza Strip.

    The council will hold a formal meeting to this effect at the request of the Arab Group at the United Nations, a UN spokesman said. Enditem
