SHANGHAI, April 26 (Xinhuanet) Chinese Vice President Zeng Qinghong attended the opening ceremony of the ministerial segment of the 60th session of the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific (ESCAP) here Monday, and will deliver a speech.

    The ministerial level meeting is scheduled to last until Wednesday. Participants from 62 ESCAP members and associate members attended the session with the theme of "meeting the challenges in an era of globalization by strengthening regional development cooperation".
