UNITED NATIONS, April 20 (Xinhuanet) -- The UN Security Council is set to vote on a US-proposed draft resolution supporting the probe into the alleged corruption of the oil-for-food program.

A diplomat, who refused to be named, told Xinhua Tuesday that an unanimous passage of the draft is highly possible after Russia dropped its opposition.

The draft, prepared by the United States, the United Kingdom, France, Germany and Spain, will be voted on Wednesday, the source said. Enditem
