    NANJING, April 20 (Xinhuanet) -- One people was killed and three others are missing when an oil tanker exploded around 8:10 a.m. on Tuesday in Yangtze River near Nanjing, capital of east China's Jiangsu Province.

    The oil tanker has now fully submerged, said local sources..
