    CAIRO, April 15 (Xinhuanet) -- A purported audio tape from Osama bin Laden said on Thursday that the chain rail blasts in Madrid onMarch 11 were "goods" for Spain's collaboration with the United States in Iraq, Afghanistan and the Palestinian territories.
