Rumsfeld says no plan to increase US troops in Iraq

    WASHINGTON, April 6 (Xinhuanet) -- US Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld said Tuesday that US commanders in Iraq had not asked foran increase in the number of US troops there following the new surge of violence.
