RIGA, April 6 (Xinhua) -- The Lithuanian parliament voted Tuesday to oust President Rolandas Paksas for violating the constitution, said Lithuanian state TV reports monitored here.

    Paksas was accused of illegally granting Lithuanian citizenshipto a Russian businessman who allegedly financed his election campaign.
