MOSCOW, March 31 (Xinhuanet) -- A new explosion ripped through an outlying district of the Uzbek capital Tashkent on Wednesday, causing casualties, Russia's Interfax news agency reported.
The blast hit the Sabir-Rakhimovski region in northern Tashkent,but it was not immediately clear if it was a continuation of the terrorist violence that has gripped the city.
The area is not far from the scene of fighting Tuesday that officials said left 20 terrorists and three police dead. Enditem
