    BEIJING, March 14 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao arrived at the central hall on the third floor of the Great Hall of the People at 17:07 Sunday here to meet the press, shortly after the closing meeting of the Second Session of the Tenth National People's Congress (NPC).
