China to intensify anti-terror efforts: FM

    BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhuanet) -- Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said Saturday that China will intensify its anti-terror efforts and participate in international anti-terror cooperation of regional organization like the Shanghai Cooperation Organization, under theUnited Nations framework, and at bilateral or multilateral levels.

    Terrorism is a disaster for the human being, he stressed. The international community should fight terrorist acts whenever and wherever they happen and at whichever people they target, Li told a press conference during the on-going national legislature session.

    He urged the international community to adopt the principle of seeking practical results and oppose any double standard on the issue of fighting terrorism. Enditem
