BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhuanet) -- China is very pleased to see that Pakistan and India are trying every means to improve bilateral relations, said Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing Saturday.

Both India and Pakistan are "friendly neighbors" of China, Li said at a press conference during the on-going annual session of the country's top legislature.

Improvement of their relations demonstrated the strategic visions of Indian and Pakistani leaders and reflected common aspiration of the people of the two countries, said the minister.

"China will be glad to play a constructive role in improving relations between India and Pakistan if the two countries would like so," said Li. Enditem
