BEIJING, March 6 (Xinhuanet) -- Chinese Foreign Minister Li Zhaoxing said China highly values ties with its "friendly neighbor" Pakistan Saturday at a press conference of the ongoing session of the Tenth National People's Congress.

    The minister gave high appraisal to the active role played by Pakistan in international anti-terrorism campaign and said China is also a "victim of terrorism". Enditem
