    KATHMANDU, March 3 (Xinhuanet) -- Nepali King Gyanendra, at the recommendation of Prime Minister Surya Bahadur Thapa, made a minorreshuffle in the existing cabinet on Wednesday by appointing BhekhBahadur Thapa as foreign minister and Kamal Thapa as home minister,the secretariat of the Royal Palace announced Wednesday evening.
