MOSCOW, Feb. 5 (Xinhuanet) -- At least two people were killed in an explosion Thursday morning in south Russia, Interfax news agency reported.
An explosive device went off at 10:10 a.m. Moscow time (0710 GMT) in the city of Vladikavkaz in North Ossetia, which borders Russia's restive republic of Chechnya, according to local law enforcement agencies.
It remains unknown how many people were injured in the explosion.
This is the second blast in the city following a car bombing on Tuesday, in which two people were killed and nine others wounded. Enditem |
