Qadeer Khan apologizes for transferring nuclear secret

    ISLAMABAD, Feb. 4 (Xinhuanet) -- Top Pakistani nuclear scientist Abdul Qadeer Khan Wednesday gave a speech on the official Pakistan TV and appoligized for the nuclear proliferation activity.

    He said he accepted full responsibility for the proliferation activity and assured that there will be no such activities in the future, according to a live speech in the Pakistani national TV channel. Enditem
